Founded in 1994, by P.D. Morrison, PDME is the seventh largest black-owned company in Texas. PDME is a leading distributor of office furniture, office products, and computer supplies to company’s across the country. In 2002, the Austin-based company entered a strategic alliance with Office Depot as a part of its Tier 1 Diversity Program.

In 2008, the company reported revenues of  $40.2 million.
