Founded in 1983, JK Chevrolet is the nation’s 50th largest African American-owned auto dealership; and the Lone Star state’s largest minority-owned auto dealership.

Robert Turner is the managing partner of the 100% black-owned dealership. Falling one place on the 2009 BE Auto Dealer List, the dealership saw a 22.6% decline in 2008 revenues.
