River View Ford is the nation’s 67th largest African American-owned auto dealership. Ray Fregia Sr. is president of the dealership that has more than 51% black ownership. Up six places on the 2009 BE Auto Dealer list, the dealership saw a 38.5% decline in 2008 revenues.
