Capri Capital Partners L.L.C., founded by Quintin Primo III in 1992, is the world’s largest African American-owned commercial real estate advisory firm. Capri manages assets totaling $4.2 billion–down 6% from the previous year. The firm’s clients include government agencies, corporations, and educational institutions.

In June 2008, Capri announced its plan to develop commercial and residential properties in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), the heart of Saudi Arabia’s business district. The Chicago-based firm is partnering with Emaar, The Economic City Inc. to build two luxury five-star hotels, a first-class convention/conference center and hotel, two Class-A office towers, a retail center and two residential condominium towers. The real estate development project valued at $2 billion will make KAEC the third largest city and biggest sea harbor in Saudi Arabia.
