    I was giving a talk to a group of college students about six years ago. Keep in mind that the notion of a black president was foreign. I asked: When will blacks begin running some of America’s largest corporations? The average response was 20 years to never (black students)! I then put up this list. Mouths dropped to the floor. What an incredible tool!
