The winners of the 8th Annual Black Weblog Awards have been announced.
Comedian Elon James White (who snagged three awards) wants you to know that the awards are not about self-segregation, but rather self-celebration.
Each year, winners are chosen by judges and popular vote. The contest has categories such as Best Beauty Blog, Best Sex or Relationship Blog and Best Writing in a Blog. Winners receive digital  “badges†that they can post on their respective sites.
