Ernisha Randolph, Legacy Magazine’s “Trailblazer of the year” 2016, one of the 50 “Most Powerful & Influential people in Miami” –Miami Herald 2016, “Miami’s Top 40 under 40” honoree of 2015 and The City of Miami Gardens 2016 Black History Honoree in Business Excellence, has dedicated her life to serving & motivating others which is what lead her at the age of 19 to become the founder of the non- profit mentoring org for teen girls, Young Ladies of Integrity, Inc. In addition to being the 1st female President of the Young Professionals Network of Miami (YPN Miami), she is the owner of JK Catering, a trendy & upscale catering company that holds multiple government contracts & partnerships, and is the President of Juanita’s Kitchen Foods, (a Grocery Product company named in honor of her grandmother) & Founder of Sweet Butter Dinner Show, an immersive Southern Experience with Dinner & a Broadway- style musical show of live music, singing, and dancing that takes you through a cultural journey from the Creole culture of New Orleans to the Gullah Geechee cultures of the Carolinas and across the deep South of Georgia. Sweet Butter began hosting “pop-up’s” in Feb 2017 to promote the launch of the restaurant schedule for mid 2018, and has Sold out all 10 Pop-up shows since. She was featured in Indulge Magazine November 2015 issue for her World Famous Mac & Cheese recipe that has been passed down 4 generations. Ernisha was educated at Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management & Travel Tourism and received training at Walt Disney World Resort’s College Program. As a visionary, Ernisha desires to change S. Florida’s burgeoning hospitality industry. Her commitment to great customer service, employment & entrepreneurial empowerment in her business, is what lead her to starting the Culinary incubator “Our Kitchen”, which is now breeding innovation & producing culinary product based businesses in Miami’s hospitality & culinary sector. “Most of the governmental contracts I’ve secured have allowed me to provide opportunities to other entrepreneurs, small businesses & those needing employment. Job creation & business growth that aides in the entrepreneurial success rate has always been a passion of mine. I’m proud to say that through my company Juanita’s Kitchen Foods Group, I’ve been able to directly assist over 20+ businesses  through the start-up stages and to secure income. Changing S. Florida’s Hospitality industry doesn’t start & end with job creation, we must build strong entrepreneurs who will grow strong companies as well”, says Ernisha. Mrs. Randolph is active in her community as mentor and member of various organizations. She is Social Action Director at The Woodson Institute Miami, member of Florida International University’s Black Alumni Association, and is board member of the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce. Ernisha has formed multiple strategic partnerships through her company JK Catering as it has spread its phenomenal flavors all over south Florida, catering to clients such as Clark’s & Indigo, Mario Chalmers of the Miami Heat, The Related Group, The Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce, City of Miami Beach  Mayors Women’s Exhibit, The City of Miami Gardens, The City of Hialeah, Greater Miami Conventions & Visitors Bureau and many more. “A true leader demonstrates the possibility of life’s said impossibilities” is the message she speaks to her listeners as she challenges them to follow their passions as they build their Empire.
