“Why should we hire you?”: This question really captures the epitome of the entire interview process: why an employer should give you the job as opposed to the other 20 --- or dozens of --- people they've interviewed. Be sure to summarize your skills and areas of expertise, highlight your accomplishments thus far, mention your passion for the industry, and conclude with your confidence that if given the opportunity, how you’d contribute significantly to the team or department.  

Here’s an example: “Since working with my previous company, I’ve learned how to provide excellent customer service and honed my analytical skills.
