Founded by Gene C. Waddy, Diversant is as fully-certified, minority-owned business enterprise. It is also the largest African American-owned IT staffing firm in the United States.     Sid Simone, Inc is a promotional staffing agency (www.sidsimone.com), owned by a millenial, African-American woman. The company provides food/spirit demo staff, brand ambassadors, tradeshow staff, on a temp-permanent basis. The company appears to be the only black and woman-owned experiential marketing company in the US.
