According to a new Glassdoor report, work-life balance has decreased in recent years with employees rating an average of 3.5 in 2009 compared to a meek 3.2 in 2015. Ratings were based on a 5-point scale, with 5.0= very satisfied, 3.0=OK, 1.0=very dissatisfied.
