I'm having an issue with one of the barbers in the shop where I work, and he's constantly talking about the white race, he doesn't like them, but I find myself lashing out at him because he seems to think its okay to display this type of talk in the barbershop. Please direct me to anything that I can take to the shop owner, so that he can learn proper procedure on how to keep the customers happy.
