HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference attendees may cancel their reservations up to 72 hours prior to the day of arrival and receive a full refund. Any reservations canceled after 72 hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged the cost of one night’s stay plus tax. No-shows will also be charged the cost of one night’s stay plus tax.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait. A valid credit card is required to hold each reservation.
