Offering to intrapreneurs, one stop business planning support service was inspired through viewing BE's Black Enterprise Business Report. This program provided more motivational stories in one setting than any other media known to African Americans. Most of the success stories shared by the entrepreneurs’ revealed heartfelt humble beginnings, but also provided insight into the success factors in each of their own business model. Ultimately, their stories helped me to define my own business model.

As a follower of Black Enterprise, I've always envision being one of the features of these prestigious magazine. I'm a single parent who has struggled most of my adult life. Then I realized that God has given my several talents. I have a chocolate business. That's right! everything chocolate. Then I have a book coming out this fall entitled Crossing the Burning Sands which is a book of encouragement. I've accomplished getting my daughter out of high school and into to college this fall. The B. E. magazine gave me the basic foundation to challenge myself based on the articles I read thought out the years. I work for MGM Mirage “Excalibur” in the Slot Department. I have been in the industry for over twenty years starting as a slot technician. My goal was to one day be manager but have been blessed in exceeding that goal to be become a Director. The road was tuff and fill with many challenges along the way. B.E. lays down the foundation by providing inspiriting stories it’s up to you to turn those stories in reality.
