Are small business websites meeting your online shopping needs? SCORE compiled statistics on how much consumers turn to online activity before deciding to purchase an item. They also took a look at how well small business websites are meeting the need consumers have for additional information.
The results of their analysis showed that 97% of consumers conduct an online search for products and services and 88% are influenced by online reviews. Surprisingly, only 51% if small business have a website, and of that number 27% don’t provide a contact number and 70% do not have a call to action. Take a look at this infographic for more.
