Jason Kidd Kidd has made it to the Finals twice before in 2002 and 2003 as part of the New Jersey Nets’ roster, but failed to take home the trophy. Aside from that, his career stats and accomplishments on the court are exceptional. Since being selected second overall by the Mavs in the 1994 draft, the 10-time All-Star has the distinction of having played the most playoff games of any active player who has not won a championship. He also has an undefeated record of 56–0, including exhibition games, in Olympic competition, resulting in five gold medals—three from qualifying tournaments and two from medal games. Currently playing in the NBA Finals with the Dallas Mavericks, Kidd, who’s the only player in NBA history with 15,000 points, 10,000 assists and 7,000 rebounds, could earn a spot off this list of great players who have never won a championship by the end of the series.
