Heavy D…what can I say.Just a few weeks ago I was jumpin around my living room watching u perform on the hiphop award show, schooling my kids on who you were and how ur hits from the 80s and 90s were the epitomy of saturday morning dance off..talkn bout nostalgia..lol Watching u dance and move on that stage after all this time YOu Still Had It!! As I matured into a young woman Black Coffee was my theme song.Your lyrics were real, relatable, and respectful. I can appreciate listening.to your songs bc your appeal toward women was direct but you kept it classy and intriguing…Fly,intelligent brotha whose charm resognated in ur work. I was lookn forward to seeing u bk in this new age of hiphop, doing your thang showing these youngins how its done, but God had another plan. You will be sorely missed and im heart broken. Your work will live on ur music will continue to be in my collection. You touched so many lives, including mine.An icon of the loving, genuine side of hip hop,Heavy D..we love u,miss u and thank you..job well done!

Alors encore une fois, Vous nmemoz le rappeur et non le producteur/beatmaker !!!C’est quand meme dingue, c’est pas Nas qui a produit ce son, c’est Poke et Tone alias Trackmasters.
