Katt Williams Hit with $5 Million Lawsuit for Allegedly Punching Assistant

Comedian Katt Williams is no stranger to lawsuits (or jail cells) and his most recent dust-up with the law involves allegations that he punched his female assistant.

According to TMZ, Melissa Ishage filed a $5 million lawsuit in Los Angeles claiming that Williams punched her and caused her serious andÂ permanentÂ injuries.

Reports say that police were called during the October 6th incident, but no one was arrested.
