Location: St. Johns County, Florida
Description: This 10-week internship will expose interns to the television business from the ground up. Interns will log field tapes, help producers prepare for edits, sit in on edits, participate on shoots when necessary and learn basic production skills. Interns will also be exposed to the business of television and PGA TOUR broadcast relationships.
Requirements: Along with a knowledge of golf and its history, applicants (with 2.5 GPA) majoring in Journalism, Television or a similar creative field.

Retail Licensing
Description: Intern will research and report on industry trends, track licensing royalties and sales by vendors and develop a format for review of each vendor’s performance compared to competitive companies. Intern will also update licensing matrix, review unsolicited licensing proposals and provide other services to the licensing area.
Requirements: Applicants (with a 3.0 GPA) with emphasis on business administration, marketing or sports administration; strong interpersonal, writing and computer word processing skills a plus.

Toshiba Children’s Classic Celebrity Invitational
Location: Langhorne, Pennsylvania
Description: Intern will be responsible for assisting in the tactical task of creating, producing, delivering and reconciling client and/or charity golf programs. Intern will be involved in producing and assembling event communications, coordinating event materials, supplies, inventory and distribution.
Requirements: Applicants (with a 2.5 GPA) majoring in business administration, marketing and/or sports administration/marketing. strong interpersonal, writing and word processing skills a plus.

LPGA Urban Youth Golf Program
Location: Los Angeles, California
Description: Intern will work closely with young golfers, volunteers and instructors on a daily basis and help organize and conduct special events. In addition, intern will help develop sponsorship proposals and network within the corporate and political community in an effort to raise funds.
Requirements: Highly motivated applicant (with a 3.0 GPA) with excellent written and oral communication skills; the ability to work with all types of people; transportation is required and applicant must have a clean driving record; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; applicant must have completed at least their freshman year in college.

Description: WTA seeks candidates for positions in communications and marketing as needed per department, usually communications department, media relations and cataloging.
Requirements: Interns must be full-time college (undergrad or graduate) students or college graduates; have computer and Internet skills and a strong interest in sports publicity or marketing.
Starting Date: Positions run either from September to May, September to January or May to September.
Salary: Non-paying, for course credit.
