    Nikki, you are an exemplary model for young women today. Unfortunately the people who need to see you (and the other women like you) are not the ones reading these articles. But we won’t give up on them. If we keep talking and telling them what goes on “behind the scenes” maybe ONE of them will hear us and tell ONE more of them. I love who you are and what you do.
