A Financial Switch

With flexible work schedules becoming increasingly more appealing, many financial executives say that if they were out of work, consulting would be their next career move. Of the 1,400 CFO’s surveyed by RHI Management Resources, a national staffing firm in Menlo Park, California, 73% would consider consulting if they lost their current job.

“More companies are seeking project-focused financial consultants who can assist with high-growth phases such as mergers and acquisitions, start-up periods and business process reengineering,” says Cecil Gregg, executive director of RHL “Consulting provides senior financial executives an opportunity to apply their years of experience to a variety of work environments on their own terms.”
