Dual benefits

With dual-career couples representing 45% of the workforce, the demand for more family-friendly employee benefits is stronger than ever. A recent Catalyst study of over 800 dual-earner couples revealed that the top five things working couples want from their jobs are: flexible hours (85%), cafeteria-style health benefits (79%), family leave (74%), the ability to customize the pace of their career advancement (69%) and telecommuting from home (65%).
