Thanks to those lessons learned and the growing industry, McNeese expects sales to increase primarily through slow, controlled growth. “We want to grow our client numbers, but we don’t want to take on more work than we can handle,” says McNeese, who continues to work with his mentors to hone and refine his company’s vision. “We’re going to be around for a while because we have the best mentors, clients, and team members on our side.”
