Willard Brittain paves the way for PricewaterhouseCoopers

joined Price Waterhouse in 1974 and quickly developed a mindset for success. After making partner in 1983, he went on to a wide variety of senior posts, including head of the Washington, D.C., office and director of the government services office.

Today, Brittain’s plate is bigger than ever. In addition to assuring that a sound global strategy is applied to all PricewaterhouseCoopers business, the COO in charge of global services lines oversees the continuing integration of the two cultures. He adheres to a simple strategy: “Serve the client. If we always come together around clients’ needs, we take the focus off ourselves and discover new synergies to do our job better. That’s why we’re here.”
