The children of the dream are no longer children; they are the “Obama Generation,” and on Inauguration Day, they officially arrived. Those of us who came of age under the sterling leadership and example of Dr. King have every reason to be proud and assured. A new generation has come of age. Yes, we must continue to be a source of wisdom, guidance, and caution to hold them accountable. But their time has arrived. Our legacy is in good hands.
