The Biomedical Science Careers Project is bridging the gap between minorities and careers in the sciences. The organization provides workshops, seminars, mentoring and networking opportunities to minority groups underrepresented in the sciences, particularly African, Hispanic and Native American students.
The project is open to academically outstanding students from high school to postdoctoral levels. Students study at institutions throughout New England. Scholarship information, a free newsletter and resource directory are available by calling 617-432-0552, or e-mail Lise Kaye at email@example.com.
