Verdia E. Johnson, CEO, Footsteps Group, LLC

Johnson’s agency is behind successful ad campaigns including the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Styler, utilizing Andre 3000, Adrien Brody and Gael Garcia Bernal. Her company also convinced IKEA to alter their more singularly-focused communications to include African Americans in one of their ad campaigns, “The Man Cave.”
