    I’m no doctor so please consult your physician and do a little more research. But I think brisk walking is a great way to get the heart rate up. Something I like to do when I’m trying to get in shape is walk for one minute, and then run for one minute. Later i’ll walk for one minute and then run for two minutes and continue to build upon that. I think it’s a good way to start conditioning yourself. But again, please check with your physician before starting any new exercise routine.
