RAPHAEL “RAFFI” WILLIAMS Williams is one of the smartest young guys coming up in the Republican Party. A recent graduate of Haverford College in Pennsylvania, He is currently Communications Director at Benishek for Congress. He left a position of Staff Assistant for the House Rules Committee to go on the campaign trail. Within 10-15 years, I expect him to manage a Republican presidential campaign. Williams will definitely be a “go to” political operative within the next couple of years.
