February 16-18, 2016, CEOs, executives, community leaders, experts, educators, and financial leaders will gather at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel for the Rainbow PUSH Coalition’s 19th annual Wall Street Project Economic Summit.
Founded by the Reverend Jesse L. Jackson in 1996, the Wall Street Project is on a mission to encourage corporate America to recognize the value that minority entrepreneurs, vendors, and consumers bring to the marketplace and ensure equal access and opportunities for culturally diverse companies, consumers, and employees.
This year’s summit, themed Wall Street: The New Paradigm – Access to Opportunity, includes panels geared toward global economic expansion opportunities, stabilizing our communities, developing equal partnerships, and more. In addition to financial industry education and empowerment, the Wall Street Project Economic Summit is topped with a treat—a live performance by Earth, Wind, and Fire lead singer Philip Bailey.
Bailey is a notable, four-octave vocal range R&B, soul, gospel, and funk, seven-time Grammy Award winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame singer best known for his smooth falsetto register. Enjoy Bailey live on Thursday, Feb. 18 at the 19th Annual Wall Street Project Gala Fundraiser.
