Naughty by Nature Rapper Treach Released from NJ Jail

Anthony ‘Treach’ Criss is living up to his group’s moniker as he was arrested last week for eluding police in New Jersey.

The Naughty by Nature front man led the cops on a 10 block car chase after the officers clocked him driving 55 MPH in a 25 miles per hour zone.

According to NJ.com, the police officers reportedly drew their guns on the rapper when he exited his vehicle and approached the police car. He was then cited for reckless driving, speeding and driving with a suspended license.

Treach appeared in court in Jersey City on Friday afternoon and spent the night in Hudson County jail in Kearny because he had a warrant on failing to appear at a child support hearing in Essex county; and warrants from Union City and Secaucus for failing to appear at hearings related to motor vehicle violations.

He was discharged after paying the two traffic tickets and settling the child support issue.
