Steve Jobs, co-founder and CEO of Apple, generated some top numbers after taking the lead in January 2000, amassing a net worth of $7 billion (as of September). The innovator, under whose leadership we saw the development of the iPhone, the iPad, and the Macbook, used out-of-the-box thinking to reinventing the computer and amassed a great deal of his wealth, according to Forbes, after Disney's acquisition of Pixar, of which he owned more than $4 billion in shares.
