Thanks for reminding me I’m not just a Business Owner but a customer who enjoys having good customer service. When I’ve had bad customer service experiences and have been pushed to write a letter of complaint. I appreciate the follow-up and apology from the owner / customer care dept of that business. This video reminds me to deliver quality when addressing the needs of my customer while reminding me a good customer service experience is exactly what I’m looking for when I do business.

I’m actually working on a survey for each of our customers to get an idea on how we are doing and what can be better. Any advice on good programs for surveys? I’m using Google forms at the moment. Great advice about feedback!
Great tips. Knowing your customer, focusing on what they want leads to maintaining and growing your customer base. I also like to place myself on the other side of the table as business owners are customers too! This gives you an outside looking in approach on what’s working and what isn’t from a customer’s perspective.

I have yet to successfully log in and be able to submit a question for the experts. if I could ask you a question I wonder what suggestions does a tech guru make to the newcomer establishing social media conectivty. I wonder how many times a day are you avaliable to your online community and what tools do you use to keep engagment proactive vs stressful and over whelming?
This information is so very important. We tend to forget as business owners how to treat our customers, but when we are the customer we tend to notice area’s where better customer service is needed with other companies. Saying “Thank You” is key!!! I can’t begin to tell you how these two words can change a persons idea of your business.
This is the BEST information thus far.
As we learned today, a simple “thank you” is valuable to customers.
so simple…don’t forget to say Thank You!
