Inheritance Capital Group L.L.C. - Inheritance Capital Group is a private equity commercial real estate firm with international capabilities. The fund is managed by ICG Real Estate Advisors L.L.C., the only minority-owned enterprise in the country certified by the Minority Business Development Council to buy and sell corporate sale lease backs. The company, based in Southfield, Michigan, specializes in single tenant net lease real estate nationwide. ICG was founded in 2006.
