The best motivation is building a winning team. "Everybody likes a winner. Everybody wants to be a part of a winning organization," says Gaskin. "So, the motivation here is the maintenance of traditions, that things will be fair, [that you are] true to your word." He says that when an organization is able to embrace everybody so that everyone in that organization has the same opportunities, "then you are [motivating them, which is] where everybody wants to be."
