The foundation is dedicated to helping small businesses not only survive but also thrive through a combination of technical support & education. Melinda’s goal when establishing this foundation was to enable more people to fulfill their dreams of being entrepreneurs by providing free tools, educational materials as well as educational opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses.

“This foundation will stand in the gap for minority and women owned business and provide access to executive education courses like the ones that helped me learn how to be a better business owner.”

Additionally, the foundation will support entrepreneurship educators, host mentorship events and provide the resources needed to help existing small business owners take their management and leadership skills to the next level.
