This Sunday, February 26, 2012, the 84th annual Academy Awards will be held in Hollywood, gathering together all of the film industry’s biggest names. While Eddie Murphy, who backed out on hosting duties, might be absent, there will be a plethora of African American actors and actresses both as attendees and nominees.
