Sandra earned a Bachelor of ScienceÂ in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.Â Sandra has earned both Agile and ITIL certifications.

FIBCO Family Services, Inc. serves the community through the following main program areas: Food and Clothing Distribution, African Immigrant and Refugee Support Services, Job Readiness Programming, and Affordable Housing for Individuals with Disabilities and Youth in Foster Care.Â Sandra alsoÂ devotes time volunteering for nonprofit organizations such as the Tarrant Area Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, St. Maryâ€™s Food Bank and St. Vincent De Paul.
