Please Note: You must register for the event in order to receive a control number and make a room reservation. A control number does NOT guarantee you a room. All rooms are subject to a resort fee of $16 per room per night, a room attendant fee of $3 per room per night and a one time porterage fee of $10 (includes check-in and check-out.)  All room type requests are subject to availability. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card and require a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax (13.20%). Refunds will only be made when cancellations are received at least five days prior to your scheduled arrival. Early departure is subject to the equivalent terms.
