Oprah Winfrey will join the list of journalists and television stars to warm the seat of Robin Roberts while she is on leave from ABC’s Good Morning America.

Roberts, 51, who is battling myelodysplastic syndrome, or MDS, announced on Thursday that she will not be returning to the morning show until after she undergoes a bone-marrow transplant.
