Black Enterprise Magazine July/August 2018 Issue

Interested in a career in science? The Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) administers more than 100 programs–from internships, to fellowships, to laboratory co-ops. Partnering with more than 60 federal laboratories, ORISE provides opportunities in physics, environmental management, nuclear engineering and other sciences.

More than 3,000 individuals are chosen each year to work with some of the nation’s top researchers in state-of-the-art laboratories. Research programs specifically for students at historically black colleges and universities are also available.

For more information, access the ORISE Web site at orise/educ.htm., or request a research guide from Maggie West at ORISE, P.O. Box 117, Oakridge, TN 37831-0117;423-576-3424.
