[WATCH] TCS 2016: Success in the Sharing Economy

The sharing economy is the crowdsourcing of human labor and skills to fulfill a need. Uber, Airbnb, and TaskRabbit are all “gig” (or “sharing”) economy leaders. These services have created a new economic model and a new type of labor force. This panel discusses the pros and cons of the gig model for people of color, and also how entrepreneurs can launch their own sharing economy, service-oriented businesses.
