Vice President, Human Resources Global Business & Technology Solutions, Prudential
Ignace L. Conic is a Vice President and Diversity Officer in the Office of the CIO, GBTS. In this role, she has responsibility for the implementation of GBTS/IT Community Talent Pipeline Programs, provides project management support for GBTS HR initiatives and oversight for global diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining GBTS, Ms. Conic was vice president, Diversity for Corporate Human Resources where she managed the integration of diversity and inclusion into business and human resource processes, and developed strategies, tools, metrics and interventions to leverage diversity and inclusion, ensuring this work was an integral part of business planning and implementation. She served as interim Chief Diversity Officer in 2012.
Ms. Conic has been with Prudential for twenty-five years. She has held a variety of positions in corporate and business group human resources functions, including recruiting and human resources consulting.
Ms. Conic is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management and as a Life Skills Educator. She serves on several non-profit boards and is a former trustee of Lead New Jersey. She has a BA in Psychology and an MS in Human Resources Management.
