Tracey Patterson joined Accenture in 2007 with experience leading large scale technology initiatives for two Fortune 500 companies. She is responsible for a global organization of delivery that specializes HR Service Delivery, IT transformation and Automation and Robotics Innovation. Prior to this role, Tracey was a Senior Manager in Accentureâ€™s CIO organization leading initiatives in the business application delivery and infrastructure spaces.
Tracey earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Loyola University and an MBA in Business Strategy from Northwestern Universityâ€™s Kellogg School of Management.
Tracey has been featured as Todayâ€™s Chicago Woman 100 Women to Watch, 40 Game Changers under 40 and Chicago Unitedâ€™s 2013 Business Leaders of Color.Â In her spare time, she enjoys giving back to the community by serving on the Corporate Board of Directors for The Boys and Girls Club of Chicago and Lurie Children’s Hospital.Â Tracey is also part of the Powered by Action Executive Team, a local nonprofit helping to unite global resources that will help developing and distressed communities become self-sufficient.
