A Holbrook, Massachusetts man has been charged with hate crimes after allegedly attempting to run over a group of Black children with his truck on April 10.
Holbrook Police Department reported that Shane Belleville, 36, put his grown a** nose in children’s business after a schoolyard fight between one Black child and one white child ensued at Holbrook Middle-Senior High School last Saturday afternoon. As the children, ages 7 and 8, argued, other children joined in. Their ages ranged from 9-15.
Racial slurs were used during the kiddie brawl, according to witnessed and video footage.

A child, relation unknown, called Belleville to intervene, police reported. By the time the domestic terrorist appeared, the fight had ended. That didn’t stop the clown from driving his red truck toward a group of Black kids who were leaving the school.
The bigoted bully approached the kids and slapped a little girl in the face after she reportedly spat on him.
“Belleville allegedly got into his pickup truck and reversed toward the group of juveniles, allegedly yelling a racial epithet multiple times,” the police press release said. “The investigation shows that the juveniles had to quickly get out of the way to avoid being struck.”
One of the children called the police, but the trifling department didn’t take action against Belleville for almost five days.
He was charged with assault and battery, four counts each of civil rights violations, assault with intent to intimidate based on race and assault with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle).
Despite the severe nature of the above-mentioned crimes, Belleville paid a measly $750 bond to be released from jail.
“I was extremely dismayed to learn the details of this incident, from the children being racially divisive toward each other to the abhorrent behavior and alleged hate crimes committed by the suspect in this case,” Holbrook Police Chief William Smith said in a brief statement.
“This type of behavior has no place in our community, and I am calling for our community members in Holbrook to come together to recognize the gravity of what took place in our town. We need to have real conversations with our children and with each other to avoid this type of situation from ever happening here again. I am committed to being part of the dialogue.”
None of the children were seriously injured.
