WATCH: How to Make the Most of a Conference

The 2010 Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Conference kicked off last night, welcoming 1,200 small business owners, entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurial-minded corporate professionals. With all the hustle and bustle,  I made sure to come up with a strategy for making the most of this conference.  My plan: Get to the panel discussions

type="doubleclick" data-slot="/21868623726/site264.tmus/amp3" data-multi-size="320x50,300x250" data-multi-size-validation="false" rtc-config='{"vendors": {"prebidappnexuspsp": {"PLACEMENT_ID": "27198239"}}, "timeoutMillis": 500}'> that interested me most 10- to 15-minutes early to steal a little face time with the panelists. We all know that once a panel discussion ends, it’s nearly impossible to get through the swarm of attendees and engage in meaningful conversation with the speakers, let alone get a business card.

I stopped a few conference-goers to find out their conference strategy. What’s yours?
