Fed Ex ‘Systematically Overcharging’ Customers, Executive Says

A company sales executive said in an unsealed internal email that Fed Ex has been “systematically overcharging” businesses and government offices at higher residential rates , Bloomberg reports.

“I have brought this to attention of many people over the past five or six years, including more than one managing director, and

The unsealed emails are part of  a class-action  lawsuit claiming FedEx overcharged business and government customers as much as $3 each for millions of delivered packages.
