[HIGHLIGHTS, PART 2] National Black MBA Conference Continues


The National Black MBA Association Inc. continues with its (NBMBAA) 36th Annual Conference and Exposition in Atlanta, with much more in store for attendees coming up on the final day of the event, is one of the largest gatherings of college graduates, professionals, executives and entrepreneurs in the nation.

Today, attendees are privy to more career development resources via the Career Success Network Center, sponsored by Cox Communications, as well as the Career Expo, where a variety of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies are recruiting for top talent. More sessions are being conducted as well, including “The Elastic Executive,” sponsored by GlaxosmithKline, “A Match Made in Professional Heaven,” sponsored by LinkedIn, “What Does a Corporate Board Have to Do With You,” sponsored by the Executive Leadership Council,Why MBAs Should Consider Project Management Certification,” and “Cracking the GMAT: Strategies for Success.” Also, a keynote luncheon will be held, with insights from Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America.

Later in the afternoon, excursions are available for visits to landmarks including the Jimmy Carter Library and Museum and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights Museum.
