First Lady Reminds Students to Access their FAFSA Forms in New Education Video

As we enter a new year, deadlines for scholarships, college admissions and SAT’s are underway as college bound students prepare to take the next step in their education journey. Continuously stressing the importance of furthering your education by earning a college degree or some level of post-high school training, First Lady Michelle Obama is using the top of the new year as motivation to encourage students to fill out their 2015 Free Application for Student Aid forms (FAFSA).

In the below video, FLOTUS talks about the benefits of filling out your FAFSA early and announces her FAFSA commencement challenge, which challenges education leaders to show how their school is taking action to get more students to fill out their financial aid forms this year. To enter, schools have to share a video online of students filling out their FAFSA forms and the winning school will receive a visit from First Lady Obama at their spring graduation.
