[WATCH] How Do You Feel About the Word ‘Diversity?’

With #OscarsSoWhite and all the buzz about there being virtually no African American Oscar nominees, the word ‘diversity’ keeps popping up in conversations and on social media platforms. During Black Enterprise’s morning content meeting on Jan. 26, company employees explored and shared their own definition of diversity, which was livestreamed on Periscope.
