Sale to Ex-Microsoft executive, Steve Ballmer, will go through

LA Clippers sold for $2 BillionAccording to USA Today, Donald Sterling has lost the case versus his wife, Shelly Sterling, in his bid to prevent her from selling the Los Angeles Clippers. Judge Michael Levanas handed down an “oral tentative statement decision” affirming Shelly Sterling had the authority to sell the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.

“(Shelly Sterling’s) testimony was far and away more credible than Donald,” Levanas said. “Donald’s answers were often evasive and, in one instance, were inconsistent with his previous testimony.”
